It prevents the formation of dermatitis caused by incontinence on the skin. It helps to prevent irritations that may occur while positioning in inpatients. It prevents macerations that may occur on the entire wound edge, thus preventing the growth of the wound and contributing to wound healing. It moisturizes the skin. It does not prevent the adhesion of the plaster and the dressing. It allows the patch to be easily separated from the body. It is resistant to body fluids. It is in the form of a dense cream.

1. First of all, before application the skin has to be clean and dry.
2. It should be applied as a thin layer twice a day.
3. The cream, which is applied every 12 hours on the applied areas, should be cleaned from the skin without leaving any residue, and the new application should be started after cleaning.
4. It should be used more frequently in the incontinence area with urine leakage and stool leakage.
5. When applied on the skin, it creates a barrier against urine and sweat.
6. In patients who are constantly hospitalized, the barrier prevents the formation of wounds by protecting the pressure points against friction, especially at the pressure points (on the heels, coccyx, back, shoulders, hips and elbows).
7. At the end of regular use in hospitalized patients, it prevents the formation of wounds as well as moisturizes and nourishes the skin.
